I just bought this book few days ago at MPH. I was looking for Dan Brown's new one too, The Lost Symbol. They were there in hardcovers and all but the price was too much around RM99. And no, I'm not gonna spend that much on a single book I'm not sure I'm gonna enjoy reading. So, I guess I'll just wait for the paperbacks version to come out and hopefully get them at around RM30+, typical price.
And then I remembered The Time Traveler's Wife movie coming out, and found it was based on this novel so I thought why not read the book and then watch the movie, you know compare a bit. I know for a fact that usually movies adapted from books don't turn out the same, and they are always, if not, most of the time, come out short, compared to the book.
Can't really blame them since they can't actually pack a few hundreds pages into a single 2 hours story right? Anyways, I'm gonna try read this first before watching the movie version. Haha...but the temptations are high xD
